Cucumber Salad

Nutritional Facts

* Cucumbers are high in vitamin k which helps strengthen bones
* Cucumbers are also high in cucurbitacin b, a compound known for its anti-cancer properties
* Cucumbers are heart healthy by lowering blood pressure and reducing fatty build up in the arteries

- 2 Cucumbers
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tbs red pepper flakes
- 2 tbs rice vinegar
- 2 tbs honey
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 1 tbs toasted sesame oil
- Salt to taste
- Sesame seeds

- Chop cucumbers into medium bite size pieces
- In a bowl mix minced garlic, red pepper flakes, rice vinegar, honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil
- Toss cucumbers in sauce
- Garnish with sesame seeds and add salt to taste
