Ground Beef Lettuce Wraps

Nutritional Facts

* Lettuce serves as a healthy, versatile alternative to bread for these wraps and is an excellent source of vitamin A

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/4 onion
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 1 bunch green onions
- 30g (2 tbsp) Hoisin sauce
- 10g (½ tbsp) sriracha
- 10g (½ tbsp) soy sauce
- 10g (2 tsp) brown sugar
- Lettuce

- Cook beef separately until brown and set aside
- Add diced garlic, ginger, onions, and peppers and caramelize and set aside
- Mix sauces in a pan and let thicken
- After thickening sauce, mix in beef and vegetables and incorporate
- Place mixture in lettuce leaves and enjoy
