Pulled Chicken Sandwiches

* Eating chicken breast is a good way to meet the appropriate daily protein value and provides a source of energy for your body
* Chicken (when cooked appropriately) contains vitamins that assist in immune support

Ingredients (8 servings):
- 3 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 ½ cups barbecue sauce
- ½ medium onion (grated)
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbs brown sugar (optional)
- 1 package 8 buns

- Combine all ingredients in a crockpot
- Cook on high for 3-4 hr or on low for 6-7 hours until chicken is cooked through and easily shreds
- Serve with buns and extra barbecue sauce
