- 1 loaf french bread
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup chopped basil
- 1 oz parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

- Preheat oven to 400F
- Dice tomatoes
- Add basil, garlic, parmesan cheese, balsamic vinegar, 2 tsp olive oil, kosher salt and ground black pepper
- Brush slices of bread with olive oil
- Place bread on a large baking sheet and toast in the oven until golden brown, turning halfway through
- Spoon tomato mix onto pieces of bread and enjoy!
